Principles of Responsible Tourism

 

Soulhike operates with Leave No Trace policies. On hiking trips with camping accomodation we follow all Leave no Trace principles as described here. 

 

Soulhike takes responsibility for treating nature responsibly and to communicate information regarding conduct and environmental impacts to customers. 

 

Soulhike complies with applicable provisions of laws and regulations, instructions from public bodies and other requirements in our operations. 

 

Soulhike supports Rewilding through bringing awareness of Nature’s uniqueness to customers and by promoting literature and ideas that supports rewilding fx through reading groups and blog writing. 

 

With the growth of the company, it is our intention to donate part of our profit to initiatives that work for nature restoration and integrative practices where humans contribute to landscape building instead of destroying nature. How to donate and to whom has not yet been decided.
